|Choc Hazelnut Cheesecake Flavour: Milk Protein Concentrate, Dried Greek Non Fat Yoghurt Powder (14.3%) (Whey Protein Concentrate, Skim Milk, Yoghurt Cultures [L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus]), Dark Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Solids, Milk Solids), Inulin, Medium Chain Triglycerides Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Glucose Syrup Solids, Milk Protein, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavours, Cocoa Powder, Thickener (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose).|
Mix a 35 gram scoop of Protein Yoghurt with 90 mL of water. Recommended serving is 1-2 servings per day.
To make an instant dessert:
- Place a 35 gram scoop of Protein Yoghurt into a bowl.
- Add 90 mL of cold water and stir until smooth and creamy like a dessert.
- Eat immediately or chill for 30 minutes in the fridge
To make a smoothie:
- Put 120-130 mL of cold water into a blender or mixer.
- Add ice cubes as desired.
- Add a 35 gram scoop of Protein Yoghurt and bend or shake until the powder is dissolved.
