1. Website, Products & Account

 1.1 Do I need an account to shop?

Yes, in order to place an order from our website.

1.2 I am unable to log into my account, what do I do?

You can click on "Forget your password?" under the login page (https://woahgroup.shopcada.site/account/login) to reset your password. You will then receive an email to reset your password. 

However, should you require more assistance please reach out to us at hello@woahgroup.com.

 

1.3 I need more information about products, where should I turn to?

You can drop us a message on our social media channel. Do allow us 48 working hours to revert back.

 

1.4 Will you restock out-of-stock items? 

We would love to hear from you!

Step 1: Simply click on "Join Waiting List" and enter a valid email address.

Step 2: Once the item is restocked we will notify you via email!

2.3 Can I self-collect my orders in our retail store?

Sorry, we do not offer self-collection at the moment.

 

2.4 Can I track my order? 

Yes! You will be able to track your order status under your account.

 

2.5 Can I cancel or modify my orders after submitting them?

Please write to us at hello@woahgroup.com, we will further assist you.

 

2.6 I've yet to receive my order, what should I do? 

Don't panic! You can check your order status in your account. Alternatively, you can write to us at hello@woahgroup.com.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 What is your return & exchange policy? 

We strictly do not allow returns or exchanges. Should you receive any products with defects or damages, please write to us at hello@woahgroup.com together with a pictorial proof. Decisions will be made on a case-to-case basis.  

3.2 Can I return purchases made using store credits or gift cards?

We strictly do not allow returns or exchanges.

 

3.3 I received a defective item, how do I request an exchange?

We are very sorry for the bad experience. Please write to us at hello@woahgroup.com and attach a pictorial proof for further assistance. 

 

4. Payment, Store Credits & Gift Cards

4.1 What are the types of payments accepted on woahgroup.com?

We accept:

4.2 How do I check and use my store credits? 

You can check your available credits under "My Account" > "Store Credits".

4.43 How do I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are great for times when you are unsure of what to get for your buddy.

Fret not, we got you covered! 

You can purchase gift card(s) in denotation of $20, $50 or $100.

 

4.4 Is there an expiry for gift cards? 

All gift cards have an expiry of 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

5. Loyalty Program

5.1 How do I sign up for the loyalty program?

You can sign up as our loyalty member by creating an account with us.

 

5.2 What are the loyalty tiers?

At the moment we only offer 1 tier. However, we are definitely looking into expanding our loyalty program just for you!

 

5.3 What are the benefits of Woah Group loyalty program?

During your birthday month, enjoy double points on your first purchase of the month.

$1 = 2 Points

 

5.4 How do I earn and use WOAH$

Receive 1 point for every $1 spent on our website and ____instore?____. 

Subsequently, you can use your accumulated points to exchange for WOAH$ to offset your purchases. 50 points will earn you 1 WOAH$.

 

5.5 Are WOAH$ transferable? 

All WOAH$ are non-transferable.

 

5.6 Do WOAH$ expire? 

All WOAH$ have an expiry of 12 months from the date of issue.

 

5.7 What happens to my unredeemed WOAH$ after they expire?

All unredeemed WOAH$ will be forfeited.

 

5.8 I do not see my WOAH$ credited into my loyalty account, what do I do?

Do allow it 24 hours before the WOAH$ to be reflected in your account. You may also write to us at hello@woahgroup.com for further assistance. 

 

6. Refer a Friend

6.1 How do I refer a friend and what are the benefits of doing so?

Share your referral link with a friend.

For every successful sign-up, both you and your friend will receive 50 points.

Once they have made their first purchase, both you and your friend will receive additional 200 points.

All points will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
